Sunriser Vacations was established by Rick and Lesley Morris in 2017, inspired by a love for Pensacola Beach's pristine shores and vibrant community. We wanted to create cozy, welcoming spaces where visitors could fully immerse themselves in the local charm and beauty. Born and raised in England, I’ve lived in Australia, San Diego, and Orlando before settling in Pensacola in 2013. I have the privilege of owning and managing two properties on beautiful Pensacola Beach. My goal is to provide a clean, comfortable home away from home, helping you create lasting memories on the Florida Gulf Coast.
Very clean and comfortable. Close to almost everything and within walking distance of most places that I planned to go. It also has a beautiful view of the sound.

We enjoyed our stay here! It was perfect for our family. Lesley was very responsive to any questions I had and willing to take care of any issues we encountered. The men in my family aren't much on the beach and enjoyed fishing off the dock on the Bayside (which is in the backyard) and the women enjoyed the short walk (5-7 min) to the beach. There was also parking if you wanted to drive your vehicle over to the beach. The beach itself was beautiful and not crowded at all for August.
Felt just like home (with a beautiful beach of course). We did not “want or need” anything that was not provided by Lesley! Would love to stay in this perfect hideaway over and over again! We will be back sooner than later ❤️

Great spot for our family. Pool was a great addition to the stay, and we loved the proximity to kid friendly beaches. Very spacious bedrooms and nicely maintained.
