The second bedroom has two twin beds. The trundle bed, under one of the beds ,is suitable for a child. When pulled out it fills the space between the two beds
3rd Bedroom. Twin over full bunks. The top bunk is suitable for a child only. The bottom bunk has a memory foam mattress. This room is quite small and does not have a closet. It has roll out storage under the bed. It has a pocket door for privacy.

Drip style coffee maker. There is also a toaster, slow cooker, blender and hand-held mixer. The kitchen has an ample supply of dishes, and pots and pans.
The balcony has five bar height adirondack chairs for taking in the sea view. It is lovely to sit out here at sunset listening to the sound of the waves.
The unit is equipped with a washing machine and dryer, as well as a drying rack. Please do not hang towels and swim suits over the balcony railing.

Overview

Enjoy stunning views of the Gulf of Mexico from this second-floor condo, located directly on Pensacola Beach's pristine white sands. Perfect for families or groups, the condo sleeps up to eight people with flexible sleeping arrangements. The balcony, furnished for relaxation and conversation, offers a perfect spot to enjoy the serene sounds of the gulf. The fully equipped kitchen allows for convenient self-catering, ensuring a comfortable stay.

Location: Direct beach access with no roads to cross. Private gate leads directly to the beach.

Parking: Two spots, one covered and one outside.
Pool: Unheated and occasionally closed for maintenance. No lifeguard.
Availability: From June to mid-August, rentals are Sunday to Sunday in 7-day increments. Minimum three-day rentals at other times.

My family and myself absolutely loved this place. Very well maintained for a beach front home. Was very comfortable , had everything we needed and much more. Very clean! Beds comfortable. Will stay again.

I travelled to Pensacola for work and am so glad I chose to stay here instead of a hotel. It was clean, right on beach, and in a great location for food and things to do.
